  We bought a second hand honda from this dealership. While being shown the car I asked if the tyres were 'run flat' as there was no spare in the boot and asked that, as a 5 year old car sold under the certified honda second hand car scheme, all of the fluids and tyres would be replaced. I got a yes to both of these questions from the dealer representative. The day after I collected the car I got a puncture and the tyre fully deflated- clearly they were not run flat tyres. When kwikfit studied the tyres, the front two had been replaced but the rear two were 6 years old and had significant cracking which should have been picked up at the mot carried out by honda two months earlier. When I contacted the dealership they offered no solution, no replacement tyres and no apology. On a slight plus there was a piece of finish missing around the inside of the passenger door (!!) which they are getting sourced and the car is a good drive. Thanks Honda, shame we have to deal with dealerships!
