  Mixed review. The good points: The staff were friendly and the centre was clean. However there were more negatives than good points. The Vehicle Condition Report flagged an engine oil leak. When I asked where this was and how serious, I was told that this would have to be looked at by an "Engine Inspector" and the guys who did the service could not tell me where the leak was coming from or if it was serious. A weeping seal or gasket I asked - no comment. To get the "Engine Inspector" to look under the car and say where the leak was coming from would cost an extra £35. When I pointed out that there was no mention of a leak on the Service Schedule sheet - Under The Vehicle, Engine, Transmission & Drive Train - check for damage and leaks; the green good dot being ticked. The response was a shrug and again I was told it would cost an extra £35 for the "Engine Inspector" to have a look. Surely a Full Service inspection should at least tell you where the leak was and suggest remedial work to fix? My impression was that the centre was at it's best where it was on home ground: Tyre and brake inspection. Unfortunately there was also a "sell extra product mentality" which gave the impression that the Centre was chasing targets/bonuses and were treating the customer like a cash cow. Again although ticked, there was no final road test of the car as I sat watching in the waiting room. Following the service and replacement of brake shoes, a tyre and adjustment of tracking the car was backed out of the bay into the car park and the keys handed over. Which makes you wonder what else in the service has been ticked and not done. Conclusion: A good first impression let down by the quality of the work and a perceived push to chase sales targets.
